1. No Physical Shipping

Commerce Contributions is a digital platform. We do not deliver or ship any physical goods. All products and services are delivered electronically through your online account or via email.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

a. Grant Listing Subscriptions (Weekly, Yearly, or One-Time Access)

·         Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

·         You can log in to your Commerce Contributions account and begin browsing listings right away.

·         A confirmation email is sent with access instructions and login details (if applicable).

3. Failure to Receive Access

If you do not receive access to your service within the expected time:

·         First, check your email spam/junk folder.

·         Then, contact our support team at support@commercecontributions.com with your order confirmation.

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to resolve the issue.

4. Time Zones & Business Hours

Our team operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Digital services are delivered based on business day processing, Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays.
