Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase Options

Commerce Contributions offers two subscription plans for access to our curated list of small‑business grant opportunities:

  • Monthly Subscription: $15 per month, billed every 30 days.

  • Yearly Subscription: $150 per year (equivalent to 2 months free compared to monthly billing).

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a recurring digital information service.

  • Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled.

  • Delivery of the grant list is considered complete once it has been sent to the email address you provide.

  • Grant information is sourced from publicly available programs and does not guarantee approval or funding.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Monthly Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Yearly Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the 12‑month subscription period.

  • No refunds are issued for partial months, unused time, or digital products already delivered.

  • Once a payment has processed (monthly or yearly), the charge is non‑refundable.


3. Failure to Receive Product or Incorrect Email

If you do not receive your grant list due to an incorrect email address or technical issue:

  • You may request a resend at no additional charge.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation) is required.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of the billing date.


4. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Purchases

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact us immediately. We will assist in verifying the transaction, but final decisions regarding chargebacks or fraud claims are determined by your bank or payment provider.


5. Subscription Management

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription, including:

  • Updating payment information

  • Canceling before the next billing date

  • Ensuring your email address is accurate and accessible


6. Changes to This Policy

Commerce Contributions may update or modify this policy at any time. Changes apply to future billing cycles and will be posted on our website.
